1. How are you different from a realtor?

We differ from realtors in that we acquire off market properties at discounted prices to sell to seasoned investors for cash. We love to work alongside realtors and build relationships with them, we just don’t advertise active listings on our site.

2. Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house. No hassle. No fees. We make our money after we pay for repairs on the house (if any) and sell it for a profit.

3. How do you determine the price to pay for my house?

Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. This process helps come up with a fair price that works for all parties involved.

4. How do I make an offer on a property?
​
Firstly, make sure you are signed up to our buyer’s list. Then you will get an email and/or text message the minute a new property is available, and you’ll be able to reply right away with your offer or other questions. If you’re not yet on our buyer’s email list but come across one of our properties you want to offer on, send an email to William@harrishomesolutions.com.

5. How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?

The properties on our site are always off market properties, we don’t advertise active listings, like on the MLS.

6. How do we find such awesome deals?
We get motivated sellers on the phone via very specialized and accurate lists of home owners. By getting in contact and building relationships with sellers before most other investors, we can lock down properties even quicker and avoid bidding wars keeping the prices as low as possible.
